AlleyLab Roastery's return policy
If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment, wrong items, etc), you can send it back to us.
However, we require a photo of said damaged/wrong item(s) sent to us within 12 hours of receiving for verification purposes.
Send picture(s) of your item(s) with a clear description of the matter & condition to our Facebook messenger (Alleylab Roastery) or via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) for verification before returning your item(s).
Please note that all conversations with Alleylab Roastery will be kept for record purposes.
What will I receive?
- Item will be returned if the received item was damaged/wrong
- Voucher/cash will be refunded if the item is out of stock/out of the estimated delivery time
How do I return goods?
You may return goods via postage.
How long will it take?
Within 7 days after your inquiry has been verified.
How much is the postage cost?
The customer would have to bear all postage fees if the item is not damaged or wrongly delivered.
